    Role: Summer Content Creator

    Number of roles: 2 (aged 16+) 

    Programme dates: Thursday 23 July – Thursday 13 August 2026

    Commitment: Approximately 7–15 working days (depending on availability and event schedule) 

    Some flexibility may be required as different events take place across the programme. 

    Pay: £300-£500 per person plus lunch on workshop days and kit perks 

    We're hiring two creative content creators (aged 16+) to join our team this summer and capture the energy, opportunities and impact of our Summer to Success programme. 

    If you love creating TikToks, Reels or YouTube Shorts, enjoy filming events, or you're always the person making content for your friends, we'd love to hear from you. 

    You'll work alongside the Beyond the Bias team to document insight days, workshops and events while creating engaging content across our social media platforms. 

    Friends who already create content together are welcome to submit a joint application. 

    What you'll be doing

    Throughout the programme you'll: 

    📹 Film behind-the-scenes content at workshops and events 

    🎥 Create POV and "day in the life" style videos 

    📸 Capture high-quality photos for social media 

    📱 Produce short-form content for Instagram and TikTok 

    🎤 Interview young people and employer partners (where appropriate) 

    ✨ Help showcase the impact of Beyond the Bias's Summer to Success programme 

    We're looking for someone who...

    ✔ Has experience creating short-form content 

    ✔ Can confidently film on a smartphone 

    ✔ Has basic editing skills using CapCut (or similar) 

    ✔ Feels comfortable speaking on camera 

    ✔ Has a good eye for photography and storytelling 

    ✔ Is reliable, enthusiastic and enjoys working with people 

    ✔ Can capture authentic moments that reflect the Beyond the Bias community
