Job Title: Part-Time Content Creator

Are you a creative storyteller who lives and breathes social media? Do you love crafting content that inspires, empowers, and connects communities? Beyond the Bias is seeking a Part-Time Content Creator to bring our mission to life across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms. This is a flexible, project-based opportunity ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact in the community through visual storytelling.
No formal qualifications needed — we’re looking for someone with creative flair and a strong eye for aesthetics. Show us what you’ve got!
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram that reflects our work, values, and voice.
Photography: Capture high-quality, on-brand photographs during events, workshops, and community programmes.
Trendspotting: Stay on top of emerging social media trends and creatively incorporate them into our content.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to document key moments, campaigns, and community voices.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Beyond the Bias’s tone, values, and aesthetic.
Who We’re Looking For
A creative and self-motivated individual with a strong interest in youth, social justice, and community empowerment.
Someone who understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, and digital storytelling.
Strong photography and/or video editing skills using apps like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence speaking to and filming people in real time.

Community Project Officer (Part-Time, 2-3 Hours Per Week, Freelance)
Beyond the Bias is looking for a passionate Community Project Officer to support the delivery of our impactful programmes. This role involves assisting in planning and delivering community projects, coordinating workshops and events, engaging with young people, and handling logistics and admin tasks. The ideal candidate will be 18 or over, have strong organisational skills, and be committed to empowering young people through community work.
This is a freelance, flexible role with a pay rate of £15 per hour.
