Holiday Sports Coach (Freelance, Holiday Periods)
Beyond the Bias is seeking enthusiastic Holiday Sports Coaches to deliver engaging and inclusive sports sessions for young people during school holidays. This is a freelance role, offering flexible work opportunities during holiday periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead fun and structured multi-sport sessions for young people.
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Support and engage with young people to build confidence and teamwork skills.
Adhere to safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
Must be 18 or over to apply.
Experience in sports coaching or working with young people.
A relevant coaching qualification is desirable.
Passionate about youth development through sports.
First Aid and safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake training).

Community Project Officer (Part-Time, 2-3 Hours Per Week, Freelance)
Beyond the Bias is looking for a passionate Community Project Officer to support the delivery of our impactful programmes. This role involves assisting in planning and delivering community projects, coordinating workshops and events, engaging with young people, and handling logistics and admin tasks. The ideal candidate will be 18 or over, have strong organisational skills, and be committed to empowering young people through community work.
This is a freelance, flexible role with a pay rate of £15 per hour.
