EMPLOYMENT

We offer a range of pathways into employment, from digital and creative sectors to business, entrepreneurship and coaching (female only). Participants receive year-long support through workshops, bootcamps, and mentoring including CV, personal statement and interview preparation, alongside real-world work experience and internship opportunities. 

Key Programmes: 

• Digital Launchpad — a multi-month programme for ages 16-25 that supports entry into tech and data careers through hands-on learning, mentoring and guaranteed industry exposure. 

• Creative Society — for ages 16-25 pursuing arts, media, design and cultural sectors, with coaching, industry insight, portfolio development and work placements. 

• The Side Hustle Project — a women-only entrepreneurship stream for ages 16-25 from low-income and ethnic minority backgrounds, combining masterclasses, mentoring and start-up grants. 

• Work Experience Programme — a short pathway for ages 16-21 that offers readiness training, placement with a partner employer and progression planning. 

• Female Coaching Hub — a female-led sports-coaching pipeline for ages 16-25 with foundational coaching, paid community delivery and leadership progression. 

• Long-term Employability Support — for adults 19+, this rolling offer includes accredited courses, bootcamps and one-to-one coaching across sectors such as hospitality, tech, finance and creative industries.
