We offer free, flexible training programmes across a range of industries — whether you’re re-entering the workforce, changing careers, or simply ready for a fresh start. All courses are delivered with our signature Beyond the Bias support and personalised guidance, so you're never navigating it alone.

✅ Who is this for?

You are eligible if:

• You are aged 19 or over (by 31 August 2025)

• You live in London

• You are unemployed, receiving benefits, or on a low income (below £27k annually)

• This is your first time enrolling in a free course through Beyond the Bias

Please note: If you completed one of our free courses last year (such as numeracy, digital skills or another pathway), you will not be eligible to enrol again this year.
