We offer free, flexible training programmes across a range of industries — whether you’re re-entering the workforce, changing careers, or simply ready for a fresh start. All courses are delivered with our signature Beyond the Bias support and personalised guidance, so you're never navigating it alone.

✅ Who is this for?

You are eligible if:

• You are aged 19 or over (by 31 August 2025)

• You live in London

• You are unemployed, receiving benefits, or on a low income (below £27k annually)

• This is your first time enrolling in a free course through Beyond the Bias

Please note: If you completed one of our free courses last year (such as numeracy, digital skills or another pathway), you will not be eligible to enrol again this year.

We work closely with our partners to offer free, accredited training across multiple pathways – including creative industries, business and administration, digital and tech, healthcare, education support, and more.

Whether you're looking to explore something new or build on existing experience, there’s a course for you – from confidence-boosting workshops to career-focused bootcamps.

Programmes range from short one-day tasters to longer, multi-week qualifications, with a mix of online and in-person options across locations like Tottenham, Regent’s Park, Soho, and beyond.

Applications are now OPEN for our brand-new creative programme for 16–19 year olds. It’s free, includes lunch, and spaces are very limited.
