Beyond the Change empowers our community by giving young people a platform to voice their insights into local issues and advocate for meaningful change. We support these individuals with the resources, network, grants, and mentorship they need to design, implement, and deliver impactful campaigns. By listening to what matters most to our young people, we honour their deep understanding of their communities’ needs and strengths.

To bolster these efforts, we offer three targeted qualifications—Leadership, Project Management, and Campaigning—that equip participants with the skills to drive social action effectively. Our Youth Board further provides young people with a structured and influential role in shaping our organisation’s direction, ensuring their perspectives remain central to all we do.
